Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Magisym Software LLC ("we", "us") collects in the Intuition Games app (the "App"), how we use it and the choices you have. We keep data collection to what the App needs to work.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Player name and avatar you choose. These are shown to other players in battles, friends lists and leaderboards.
- Email address, only if you choose to sign in to save your progress. We use it to send you a sign-in code and to identify your account.
- Messages you send us, such as support emails.
Information created when you play
- An anonymous player ID created automatically on first launch, so the game server knows which progress is yours.
- Game activity: scores, streaks, match results, friends, card collection, Moon Coin balance and whether you have unlocked the full version.
Purchases
Purchases are processed by Apple or Google. We never see or store your payment card details. We receive a record of what was purchased so we can unlock it for you. We use RevenueCat to manage and verify purchases.
What we don't collect
We don't collect your location, contacts, photos or device advertising ID. The App has no ads, and we don't track you across other companies' apps or websites. We don't sell your personal information.
How we use information
- To run the App: saving progress, online battles, friends and leaderboards
- To deliver and restore purchases
- To prevent cheating and abuse and keep the App secure
- To respond to support requests
Daily reminders are scheduled on your device. You can turn them off anytime in your device's notification settings.
Service providers
We share information only with providers that help us run the App, and only as needed: Supabase (database, sign-in and game server), RevenueCat (purchase management) and Apple / Google (app distribution and payments). They are required to protect your information.
Data retention and deletion
We keep your information while your account is active. You can delete your account anytime in the App (Profile → Delete account), or by emailing support@magisym.com. Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, stats, cards and Moon Coins from our servers. Guest players can remove local data by deleting the App.
Children
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your information. To make a request, email support@magisym.com.
Changes
We may update this policy. We'll post the new version here and change the effective date above.
